Workshop at The Gallery - Painting with Gouache
About the Class
This workshop is for all levels of painters, from beginner to advanced. Participants will learn to paint with gouache, an amazing medium that offers unique textures and vibrant colors. While gouache has been around for centuries, it has been enjoying a popular revival in the last few years. Often described and opaque watercolor, it is water-based, opaque, and can be layered. Gouache has many advantages and is easy to learn and requires minimal supplies. The class will be taught in the mezzanine studio at The Gallery in Arroyo Grande.
