About Us
My husband, Gene Garcia, and I, are the primary owners of Blankenburg Properties Team, ExP Realty. We have been married for more than 20 years and have worked together most of our married life. We love the Central Coast. We take pride in our activities: 805 Games, Kiwanis, Grandparent's Club, So. County Chambers of Commerce, Arroyo Grande Harvest Festival and Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. We are longtime residents who want to help others. We are car aficionados: we have several classic cars dating back to 1960, a 2024 Mustang Dark Horse Limited Edition and soon to be finished 1969 Camaro Restomod. We also have five horses and dogs and cats on are acreage.
